1. What is a Camouflage Passport?

In the 2000s and 2010s, some travelers carried camouflage passports as decoys when visiting unstable regions. If confronted by corrupt officials or criminals, they could hand over the camouflage passport while keeping their real one safe. These documents usually featured names of places that didn’t issue valid passports, like Rhodesia or Northern Ireland.

2. Are these real passports?

No. Every item we make is a prop. They are not valid travel documents, not identification, and cannot be legally used for any official purpose. They are for display, collection, or creative use only.

3. How to Order Your Camouflage Passport

  1. Buy your passport
    Select your camouflage passport and complete checkout.

  2. Send us your details
    Email orders@camopassports.com with your name, date of birth, and a high-quality photo of your face (just like you would use for a real passport).

  3. Production & delivery
    We craft your passport within 1–2 business days (up to 10 in rare cases) and ship it with free worldwide delivery.

3. How long does shipping take?

Production is usually very fast — we ship most orders within 1–2 business days. In rare cases, production may take up to 10 business days.

All orders include free worldwide shipping.

Europe: typically 5–10 business days

Worldwide (USA, Asia, Australia, etc.): most orders arrive in 7–14 business days, but please allow up to 20 business days depending on your country’s customs.

4. Can I add my own details?

Yes. After you send us your name, date of birth, and photo, we carefully integrate them into your camouflage passport to create a unique and authentic look.

5. Who uses camouflage or novelty passports?

Collectors, photographers, stage designers, filmmakers, and enthusiasts who want a custom made passport prop for display or creative projects.

6. What makes your passport props different?

Our passports are made in the EU, built with realistic covers, laminated identity pages, holographic seals, and custom personal details. Each one is designed to look and feel convincing for collections, photos, or stage use.

7. Is it legal to own a camouflage passport?

Yes. These are prop passports and novelty items. They are legal to buy and own for creative or collectible purposes. They cannot be used for travel, identification, or verification.

8. What happens if customs seizes my package?

All of our items are prop passports and novelty products, not valid documents. While we ship worldwide, each country has its own customs regulations. If a shipment is delayed, held, or seized by customs, no refund will be issued. The buyer is fully responsible for knowing and complying with their local import rules before placing an order.
